Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Long pepper (pipper longum) is around 1 inch long and it is harvest in Indonesia. It is from the same family than peppercorn. Black pepper has a stronger taste but Long pepper has much more aromas. It is better to buy it in whole and to grind it yourself to have the best of its aromas. It can replace easily black peppercorn.
