Surprisingly good product. The large plastic bags are unnecessary and awkward. But good saffron. Makes very good risotto.

I decided to try this new spice, but I wasn't very impressed. Not much flavor but adds nice color. I prefer more pungent spices, but I suppose this is meant to be more subtle.
