Chermoula Blend is the spice mixture you'll need to make the best fish marinade known throughout Morocco and the Mediterranean region.
To prepare Chermoula fish marinade you'll need: 1 cup of fresh cilantro, 1 cup of fresh parsley, 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic, 2-3 Tbsp of olive oil, 1&1/2 Tbsp of Chermoula Spice Blend. Then mix all ingredients in a food processor to a paste (Chermoula marinade).
