Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
These are probably the simplest yet most flavorful jerky seasonings and fish brine mixes on the market. Each jerky mix will make up to 15 pounds of meat. Just mix and sprinkle on the meat, refrigerate for 24 hours and cook in your oven right at home. Great on almost any type of meat (Venison, Beef, Turkey) you name it.

5 out of 5 stars Easy to make, delicious to eat   January 2, 2009

I've been a fan of High Mountain's jerky seasonings for some time now. I've tried quite a few different types, and I always come back to High Mountain and the original recipe is my favorite of their line. Salty and not too sweet, I use it mainly on venison and occasionally beef. This blend has almost a bacon-like taste. Complete, easy-to-follow instructions are included.
