I have enjoyed this tea for about a year now, and find it to be an excellent blend. It never seems to create any bitter taste, if I leave the bag in the cup. It makes great iced tea too.

I am so happy that Amazon has this service, especially because I could no longer find this tea in my local supermarkets.

Before I tried this tea I couldn't imagine a tea with red pepper in it and now this is one of my favorite Celestial Seasonings blends. The red pepper has a fruity rather than peppery taste and along with the other fruity flavors, I find it a very enjoyable blend.

Since this tea has a little red pepper spicy touch and it is decaf, we like to drink it for winter time as after dinner/before bedtime dessert tea. Its taste is also rather unique so I am not surprised why some people don't fall in love with it. I took a chance and I am glad I did!

I'm a tea drinker exclusively--in the morning it's black tea, and in the afternoons and evening, this is my #1 favorite herbal. The perfect blend of spicy with just a hint of sweet, it's delicious on its own, and fantastic with a cinnamon cookie.

Our Favorite Celestial Seasonings Tea September 25, 2007

Since our family has discovered Red Safari Spice it became an instant favourite!
It's a great "comfort drink". With it's gentle mixture of spices it is relaxing and caffeine free. There is a soft flavour which blends wonderfully with the spices and lingers on the tongue. We were surprised to discover that this was created with a touch of banana - softening the spices without giving it a fruity flavour. Our family enjoys this tea with a bit of sugar and milk. It is a drink that can be enjoyed by all ages. The obvious aroma in the kitchen of the spices of the steeping tea is an added bonus. The health benefits of Rooibos Tea has been a blessing to my husband especially. For years he has suffered from stomach cramps, etc., if he eats dinner too late - which happened frequently due to the length of his commute home. One of the several benefits of Rooibos Tea is it's ability to soothe stomach cramps. My husband has not experienced this once since we have been drinking this tea. I try to welcome him home with a cup of Red Safari Spice or serve it to him with supper. Try it, and hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we do!
