This is the best bread machine book on the market. The recipes are easy to make and each loaf of bread comes out perfect. I have made more than ten of the bread, including sweet breads and each one was absolutely delicious. Using my ZO to either make the dough and finish the bread in my oven or let the ZO do it all--it doesn't matter--the bread comes out perfect. Buy this book and use it. You won't be sorry.

So many good breads!! Have tried quite a few and have not been diappointed yet! Very concise in directions and easy to follow even for those new to a bread machine. Have recommended this one to my daughters.

The best one out there. Just get this one. My advice on the recipes is to double the yeast required in all the recipes, and heat any milk or water in the microwave before putting them in the bread machine. When I follow these 2 simple rules, I haven't had a bad loaf of bread from the dozens of recipes I've tried in this book. It's a winner!
