This is very good jerky seasoning. I mixed the original with the spicy as I saw recommended, and while it was spicy, my wife was still able to eat it, and even preferred it to the straight Terryiaki flavor (which was also excellent).

I loved the hot & spicey! I normally dont like hot things to much, ,everyone that ate it really liked it. Loved it!!
The origional is great to. Loved it!!
The teraki needs more to it, ,when I read my Nesco book it says to add more teraki. but it was ok.
It is fantastic to have the cure and seasoning together, , make sure you have the time to let it sit overnight. YUMMY!
This was a great place to order from, got my stuff pretty quick!

We have tried a number of differnt jerky seasonings, always returning to N.A. jerky spice varity pack.The hot spice pack is alittle too hot for some people,so just mix original pack 50/50 with spicey pack. This makes great venison jerky, everyone ask every year for a large sample.

good flavor for jerky,but way to salty. use half the salt package and it will taste way better, if not it taste like you are licking a salt block, and i do like salty things,just not a salt block
